Centrepoint is  preparing a project for the redevelopment of  The Old Bakery site in Chomutov. Demolition of the  old industrial buildings and development of the 1,4 ha site will provide 10,000 m2 of  retail and office units.

Tourist Ecofarm and training centre in the heart of Český ráj

An ambitious vision for developing more than 5 hectares of land into a tourist destination, combined with bio production and training centre for the green-minded.  Centrepoint  aims to encourage growth in the field of eco tourism in one of the most beautiful areas of Bohemia. The project is currently being evaluated for eligible EU grants and Centrepoint is looking for suitable business partner for equity participation.
