Ground breaking ceremony at Verne Industrial Park

Centrepoint Launch their New Green Industrial Park at Verne with a ground breaking ceremony on June 25th. With an emphasis on environmental considerations Verne will be offering clients of the Park a better solution for their facility requirements in Czech Republic.

Not only are all the units built to AAA standard, the highest rating for structural integrity, fire safety and low running costs but the Park setting and on site facilities will be conducive to the client‘s efficiency.

Centrepoint s.r.o. sponsored theatre performance for children from Chomutov.

About 20 children of appropriate ages from the Chomutov Childrens’ home came on a special coach to see a theatre performance at the Divadlo Spejbla a Hurvinka (Theatre of Spejbl and Hurvinek puppets) and afterwards treated themselves to some snacks and refreshments at McDonald’s.

Centrepoint Verne Industrial Park has its first tenant

US company CSI, producing catalytic convertors, has signed a lease for 6000m2 of industrial space at Verne Industrial Park in Klasterec n/O. CSI are scheduled to move into their new facility in March 2009.
